Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging an item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

OUT16 is not responsible for returned items until they have been successfully received at our facility. Any items lost in transit will not be refunded. Proof of delivery is required for all return shipments.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at support@out16.store to request return approval

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions

  3. Send your item back using a trackable shipping service

Please note: processing times may vary depending on your shipping carrier. We appreciate your patience while your return is being reviewed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected

  • OUT16 reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage

  • This policy applies to limited drops — availability is not guaranteed for exchanges
